Refund policy

We have a 60-day Money-Back Guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (if a return is required), your item must not be damaged and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return or refund

To start a request, contact us at support@purepathshop.ca with your order number and the reason for your request.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package if a return is required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

In some cases, we may resolve your request with a refund or replacement without requiring you to return the item.

If a return is required:

- For defective/damaged/incorrect items, we will cover return shipping or provide another appropriate solution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return (if eligible). If approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your request is reviewed and, if applicable, once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
