This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from PurePath™ (legal business name: PurePathShop) (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, your order is dispatched to the carrier for delivery.

Standard shipping is free—we do not charge extra for shipping on orders shipped to the destinations listed above.
At checkout, you may also have the option to purchase Shipping Protection for a small additional fee. Shipping Protection is optional and helps provide added coverage for eligible shipments in case of loss, damage, or delivery issues (as described at checkout).
Estimated delivery times begin after your order is processed and dispatched.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, peak seasons, or customs processing.
When available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
For international orders, duties and import taxes are intended to be collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP), so you should not be charged additional duties/taxes upon delivery.
To help avoid double-charging at delivery, DDP shipments require the correct shipping documentation/labels for the carrier lane.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout (including unit number and postal/ZIP code where applicable).
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions and peak-season congestion. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and the item so our support team can assist.
